Releases by product:

Agentforce for Sales release:

Pipeline Management

When it’s available: June 2025

What it does: Keeps your opportunities up to date automatically, updating fields like “Stage” and “Next Step” by analyzing unstructured data from calls, emails, meetings, notes, and external data sources and pulling in relevant information. Let Agentforce handle the updates autonomously, or review suggestions with full source context. Either way, reps now have access to all critical deal data without manual data entry. Learn more

How to get started: To get started with Agentforce, make sure to enable Foundations in your org. Then, navigate to Agent Builder in Setup and enable Pipeline Management. Ensure Einstein Activity Capture and Einstein Conversation are also enabled. Finally, configure and test in Agent Builder.

Agentforce for Quoting

When it’s available: June 2025

What it does: Use natural language to automatically generate quotes and amendments based on your business rules, pulling from comprehensive deals, customer, product, and pricing data. This creates precise, finance-compliant quotes that always reflect the latest updates in your product catalog. Learn more

How to get started: To enable Agentforce Quoting in Revenue Cloud, add the Quote Management topic to your agent in Agent Builder. Then, open an opportunity record and type your quote request.

Sales Development Enhancement: Testing Center

When it’s available: May 2025

What it does: Allows users to preview and validate Agentforce SDR agent behavior before going live. Test at scale using sample data to see whether your agent correctly identifies topics, actions, and response outputs. You’ll get quality scores, downloadable results, and the confidence that your agent is ready for launch. Learn more

How to get started: Navigate to Agent Builder, select Agentforce Sales Development, and open the Preview tab to test agent flows and messaging logic.

Sales Development Enhancement: Control Center

When it’s available: May 2025

What it does: Monitors Agentforce SDR agents in real-time and shares performance data via a centralized dashboard. Track outreach activities, responses, meeting requests, and more, ensuring agents perform as expected and align with sales strategies. Learn more

How to get started: Go to Agent Builder, select Agentforce Sales Development, and open the Control Center tab to access engagement metrics for active agents. Use filtering settings to customize the display.

It’s an easy way to ensure your agent sounds on-brand and engages exactly as you expect. Learn more

How to get started: Go to Agent Builder, select your Agentforce Sales Development agent, and open the Preview tab to test agent flows and messaging logic in a safe, sandbox-like experience.

Sales Coaching Enhancements: Coach On Any Object

When it’s available: July 2025

What it does: Get tailored coaching for any object in your CRM — like leads, accounts, and cases — from anywhere in Salesforce, not just opportunity records. Whether you’re helping reps prep for renewal conversations with existing customers, convert highly qualified leads, or practice custom sales scenarios unique to your business, Sales Coach has you covered. Learn more

How to get started: Navigate to Agent Builder and open Sales Coach Agent. Select the New Scenario tab and create or edit a scenario. Assign to a standard or custom object then save and activate the scenario. Add the Coaching Lightning Web Component to the layout of the desired object.

Sales Cloud release:

Einstein Activity Capture: Sync Email as Salesforce Activity

When it’s available: June 2025

What it does: Automatically logs synced emails as activities in Sales Cloud, directly on opportunity records. Not only does this increase visibility for sales managers, but this email data can be used to build automations like triggering a task when a prospect replies to an email. Learn more

How to get started: Go to the Einstein Activity Capture page in Setup and click on the Settings tab. Turn on Sync Email as Salesforce Activity. (Note: You can sync up to 180 days of historical emails from the date sync was enabled.)

Einstein Conversation Insights: Sales Signals Enhancements

What it does: Surfaces insights across all your sales conversations — like pricing themes, common challenges, and BANT (budget, authority, need, timing) objections. These insights were already available in individual calls, but now they’re aggregated automatically, helping sales leaders quickly spot trends and adapt in real time. Learn more

How to get started: In the Conversation Insights app, go to the Signals tab. Select a category like Pricing, Challenge, or Objection to see topline insights, or search by keyword for specific topics. For objections, you can filter further by type: Authority, Budget, Need, or Timing.

When it’s available: June 2025

What it does: Manages your partner ecosystem on a single platform with a unified view. Includes three components, each available separately:

  • Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM): Includes all PRM functionality and adds in Partner Tracks (data-driven enablement), Account Plans, Unified Incentive Strategies, and B2B Referral Loyalty Credits, plus more storage, APIs, and access to objects.
  • Channel Revenue Management (ChRM): Manages and tracks partners’ product inventory, incentives, and rebates. Learn more

How to get started: In Salesforce GO, click on the Quickstart PRM card.

Revenue Cloud release:

Constraint Builder for the Product Configurator

When it’s available: June 2025

What it does: Create complex product configurations faster using constraint-based logic. This reduces rule volume, manages nested dependencies, and accelerates configuration. There are two interfaces to support different users:

  • Click-Based Visual Builder: Designed for business users
  • Configuration Modeling Language (CML) Editor: Built for developers who want full control over product configuration logic, rules, and models. Learn more

How to get started: The Product Configurator functionality can be accessed directly in Revenue Cloud via the configurator interface. Users with the Advanced Configurator Designer permission set can use the Constraint Builder.

Revenue Management Intelligence

When it’s available: June 2025

What it does: Gives you real-time dashboards, powered by Tableau Next, to track pricing, subscription performance, order fulfillment, and billing. It helps teams quickly spot trends, fix bottlenecks, and make smarter revenue decisions  all in one view. Learn more

How to get started: Access the pre-built dashboards directly in Revenue Cloud. (Note: While the dashboards are included in Revenue Cloud, a Salesforce Foundations Viewer license and a Tableau Next Creator license are required to customize them.)
