Why you should improve your AI skills

A recent Salesforce survey found that 80% of HR leaders expect most workforces to be made up of both humans and digital workers within the next five years. Meanwhile, in the first half of this year, mentions of AI in job postings increased by more than 50%.

More than four in five HR leaders surveyed said they were already reskilling employees for roles with better future opportunities, or have plans in the works. But why wait? The sooner you develop and improve your AI skills, the more prepared you’ll be to work with digital labor at your job.

Get Started with Artificial Intelligence (3 hr.)

Jump into AI with an overview of how it works and the keys to using it responsibly. The modules (and a video) cover some of the building blocks of AI, as well as the ethical considerations involved in its development.

Drive AI Within Your Organization (1 hr.)

Now that you know the basics of generative AI, see how it can be used across different departments within a business. We’ll also cover large language models (LLMs) and the strategies companies use to implement AI successfully.

Explore Generative AI Tools (40 min.)

It’s time to get into prompts and how they’re used to make the most of generative AI. This section builds upon the previous ones with practical applications and an overview on how to get the types of responses you need from AI.

Analyze Your AI Data (1 hr., 20 min.)

Data is essential to AI. This section explains why, as well as how to prepare it, how it’s analyzed, and the ethical considerations involved. 

Six hours. That’s all it takes to start skilling up with AI. But learning never stops.

Once you’ve completed the Trail above, you’ll be ready to move on to the Agentblazer Champion Trail. There, you can get hands-on with Agentforce, our platform for building and deploying AI agents, and build your first agent.
